Mugwort has many benefits that include, helps to balance hormones, helps with menstrual pain, epilepsy, convulsions, and nervine because of its antispasmodic and sedative effects, helps with digestive issues because of its ability to heal and restore the intestines and works as a gentle laxative that treats underlying problems by restoring balance to digestive tract, increases bile secretion in liver to help detoxify liver and body, and helps relax bronchial tubes and opens airways, it helps with insomnia and fatigue and promotes good dreams, and it is antibacterial.
- Suggested use is 5-10 drops diluted in glass of water 2-3 times a day.
